From Upminster - Poor Dean was left scratching his head with the Heath Robinson way our kitchen light was wired....but after a second visit we resolved on a workaround solution that Dean suggested on his first call. He is very methodical in his approach to the job in hand, and is, as others have already said, very conscious of clearing up afterwards. His pricing is reasonable and he turns up when he says he will. And these days such simple courtesies are a rare commodity in the trade. Will be my first port of call if I ever need more work done in the future.

Said he would be with us at 9am. He texts me this morning to say he had picked up the new light and would be with us shortly. He arrived and was very friendly and put my elderly parents at ease.
